Devolution Cabinet secretary Eugene Wamalwa is in the spotlight after he recently aided a conman to meet President Uhuru Kenyatta.
The conman wanted to use the statehouse event to woo international investors on the ground that he is politically well connected and can help them land lucrative business deals with the government.
The con, after the statehouse briefing that saw him help a local football club by donating a bus, has conned prominent Kenyans millions.
Not spared are Chinese investors.
