Uhuru Kenyatta’s prayers to have his case opening forwarded to February has been answered. After Bensouda withdrawing objections and supporting Uhuru’s plea,the judges have decided to postpone his case which was due to open in Nov 12th to February 5,2014.
The announcement by ICC judges come hours before the UN Security Council make their stand on having Uhuru’s case postponed.
