Its a known fact that when the president is to pass through a road all roads are blocked and civilians forced to slide aside to give way for the president to pass,this usually leads to heavy traffic build up in the affected areas eventually hours wasted on the road giving way for the president. This has seen many complaints run left right and centre from disgruntled civilians.
Today the president has however given a relief and broke the tradition by flying to statehouse via helicopter from JKIA to avoid unnecessary traffic build up that would have come by his motorcade were he to go the traditional way. This makes him the first ever Kenyan siting president to do so,this is a good news to many motorists. The president returned home from Nigeria where he was on a week long stay.
