According to South African leading newspaper Sun,s3x has been legalised for minors between the age of 12-16 this means they won’t have to wait to attain the previously approved legal age of 18years to have s3x.
According to the ruling,its obvious that the kids are doing it and this has necessitated the move which is projected to control and protect the minors. However,the law restricts the minors to have s3x with those within their age limits 12-16 and having outside the limit is considered illegal.
