It came as a shock to many when politics got into the church and with no filters. A shocked worshiper has exclusively revealed to Nairobi Exposed on what Bishop Wilfred Lai of the Jesus Celebration Centre Church recently told his followers during a prayer session in Mombasa.
“I don’t welcome him in my church, his agenda of planned Countrywide rallies, the storm doesn’t comply with my church, he can take his nonsense to other places but not here. Raila and all other leaders need to respect Uhuru and accord him the much deserved respect as the president of this country without that hatuko pamoja and on that i hereby ban such people from my church and my followers from attending such gatherings ” Lai quoted talking to his congregation.
This statement comes at a time when CORD is scheduled to hold a major rally in Tononoka Mombasa on 15th May.
