Classic 105 FM radio presenter Maina Kageni is sick and presently admitted at the Nairobi Hospital.
This was revealed by colleague and fellow radio personality Mike Mondo during an Instagram Live broadcast with Kiss FM’s Kamene Goro on Sunday afternoon.
Mondo, during the livestream, urged fans to pray for Maina who he said has been feeling unwell in recent times and had to be admitted.
“…By the way guys, please pray for Maina, he is unwell and has been admitted at Nairobi Hospital,” he said.
Mondo however sought to clarify that Maina’s illness has no relation whatsoever to the current Covid-19 pandemic.
Mondo has been covering Maina’s spot on the Classic 105 FM breakfast show for a while now.
[Update: Maina Kageni has since come out to reassure his fans that he is well and had only gone to the hospital for a check up after throwing up on Saturday night.]
