Jubilee Party Executive Director James Waweru is dead.
Waweru died while undergoing treatment at the Karen Hospital in Nairobi.
The cause of his death is not yet known.
His body has been moved to Lee funeral home where other party members have gathered ahead of a presser by the party secretary-general Raphael Tuju.
Last year Waweru attended a festival organised by the party at the National Museums of Kenya.
