JOHO Gives Sheila Mwanyigah's Vaseline Ad The Boot In Mombasa

The nude advert by the radio sensation has been drawing varying views and continues to draw with the latest being from the Mombasa county’s president Hassan Joho.
Through the county government, the billboard ad has been banned from the largely Muslim region,in their defence, the ad is too obscene and disrespectful. Talking of which one resident has rubbished off such claims saying the ad would reduce the rapidly growing rate of gayism in the area,”vitu visivyo vya maana ndio yanayowakera, maneno kama Yale ukiyaona hata wewe mwenyewe utatamani mwanamke, hii ingepunguza ushoga uliokithiri hapa Mombasa”(you only get curious over small matters like this,in my opinion this would reduce no of men turning gay, when one looks at the picture you get instant urge for a woman) said one Omar to Joho on a Mombasa online portal.
Maybe he could be having a genuine point, maybe not but at the end of the day unlike Nairobi residents,Mombasa people will continue using Vaseline but won’t be seeing the “enticing” billboard anywhere near them.
