For close to two months the ODM leader and former PM has been out of the country officially on a forum at the African Presidential Archives and
Research Center (APARC) and given a special residence at BOSTON UNIVERSITY Building: 141 Bay State
Road, Boston, Massachusetts, where the Rt.
Hon. Raila Odinga is a
spacious, suitably furnished and panoramic office as a respected scholar
through a residency program for former democratically elected African
leaders. He has been using this office to meet other scholars and friends that goes to meet him.
