The Chief of Staff and Head of Public Service Joseph Kinyua have warned all civil servants who will abscond duty on Monday, July 7, 2014 as it is a normal working day and all workers are expected at their duty stations.
“Roll calls will be conducted in offices and public servants found to have absented themselves from duty without permission will be disciplined. Adhere to the code of regulations that govern your terms and conditions of service,” Joseph Kinyua said.
