Pastor Hellen Caroline Wanjiru of
Lovespring Church in Nairobi’s Ngara area, was arraigned before a Nairobi court on Wednesday and charged for stealing a BMW valued at Sh2 million, the property of La Merco Limited,a company she co-owned with Mr Fouasso Malgore, her husband of 17 years,a Cameroonian.
The Pastor jointly with others who are still at large, stole the car on June 21 this year at the city’s Yaya Center shopping mall while the husband was in Sudan.
The pastor in her defence says the hubby had given the consent to sell the car to raise money for family issues an argument that the Cameroonian husband defies. The case is still going on but the car is missing out from the equation thanks to the pastor who stole and sold the it.
