Former Rarieda MP Nicholas Gumbo has teamed up with ex-police spokesperson Charles Owino to face Siaya Senator James Orengo, who is poised to clinch ODM ticket for the Siaya Gubernatorial race.
Mr Gumbo and Mr Owino will jointly run on a United Democratic Movement (UDM) party ticket as Governor and running mate respectively.
UDM is associated with Mandera Governor Ali Roba and is within the Azimio movement.
