Nairobi Woman Representative, Esther Passaris, on Friday excited a section of her social media followers with a post of her wearing an off the shoulder blouse.
Ms Passaris, who was attending Maranda High School alumni fundraising dinner presided by ODM leader Raila Odinga, took to twitter to share some enticing photos of her during the function.
The photos caught the attention of her social media followers who quickly bombarded her with compliments as well as criticisms over her choice of dress.
