According to eyewitnesses,the man pulled over at the females hostels in his car,opened his car doors and worst he was naked. The girls quickly noticed and gave him encouraging signals to do the unexpected as they watch from the comforts of the hostels balcony and windows.
Feeling charged,the man went ahead and started masturbating in front of the glaring public and didn’t even mind those who were passing by and watched him with jaws dropped low.
