Client Complains About Horrible Holiday Package With Bonfire Adventure In Dubai

Travel agent Bonfire Adventure has come under harsh attacks from a dissatisfied customer who feels his money wasn’t worth the stay in Dubai. According to Duke Laston on Twitter, what they were promised is not what they got , describing the hotel that he was booked in, Duke says, “The hotel rooms were dumpy and not worth anything to enjoy.”

Duke goes further to state why he felt played, “We told them we wanted a 5 star hotel but they lied to us and reserved a shady 3 star located in the Dubai’s nyamakima area.”

Below is series of Duke lamenting about the hotel he was booked in with his friends.

Curiously, the Ramada plaza Hotel by Wyndham Dubai Deira that Duke claim they were booked in, is not listed in the advertised hotels by the travel agent.

UPDATE

The tweets from Duke have since been deleted perhaps after reaching a deal with the firm. However, we managed to capture the video that he had claimed was what they were booked into as a 5 star.
