The Star Newspaper Deletes Cartel Jaffer Mohamed’s PR After Uproar

The Star Newspaper was forced to pull down a paid PR article trying to cleanse the dark world of cartel Jaffer Mohamed.

Soon after cnyakundi.com exposed that Jaffer Mohamed had bribed KEBS to kill all local millers so that he can introduce his Unga brand, the cartel paid The Star to run a PR distancing him from Grain Industries Ltd.

In the now-deleted story, the Star had alleged that GIL is owned by Munir Thabit which is lies.

From the comments on the failed PR by the Star Newspaper, one Kenyan said Grain Industries Limited is allegedly involved in money laundering.

Come to think of it, did the Star Newspaper delete the story after realising that Munir Thabit has no background information where he got Ksh15 billion to start GIL?

Grain Industries Ltd, which flooded the Ajab unga brand on the Kenyan market is a subsidiary of cartel Jaffer Mohamed’s corrupt Grain Bulk Handlers Limited(GBHL)

Jaffer’s GBHL was listed by NLC as among politically well-connected tycoons who have encroached the sea and put up multi-billion shillings properties including container freight stations and offices near the port of Mombasa.

Raila’s Odinga with his Financier Accused Of Multiple Crimes Jaffer Mohammed [image courtesy]Jaffer controversially built his business empire by leveraging on political patronage and was at one time the main benefactor of ODM Party Leader Raila Odinga when he served as Prime Minister.

Who is Munir Thabit?

Currently, he is the CEO of, Grain Industries Limited.

Before Jaffer Mohamed hired him, Munir Thabit, who holds a Diploma in Banking from  Associate Chartered Institute of Arbitrators(UK), previously worked for Mombasa Maize Millers Ltd Group of Companies for eighteen years as Group Head of Corporate Finance, Investments, International Trade and Insurance.

Munir Thabit is alleged to have been used by Jaffer Mohamed to block Bakhressa of Azam Unga brandfrom setting a company in Mombasa.

He was allegedly rewarded the CEO post at GIL, a crony firm owned by the maize cartel Jaffer Mohamed.

In 2019, Munir Thabit, after being awarded the post of CEO of Grain Industries Limited is alleged to have conspired with KNCCI Mombasa chairman Mustafa Ramadhan (pictured above) to flood the markets with Ajab Flour.

Jaffer

KNCCI is chaired by the corrupt Richard Ngatia who was named at the centre of selling multi-billion consignment from Chinese Billionaire Jack Ma.

Ngatia is also the owner of Megascope Ltd, a firm at the centre of KEMSA scandals yet, the corrupt government nonetheless gifts it multi-billion tenders.

The 2020 Cartel of the year award goes to Mohammed Jaffer who killed The Mwananchi Gas Yetu project.

The Government Lost Ksh870 Million In Mwananchi Project. Now you only see his Pro-gas.

Mohamed H. Jaffer is one of the most economically lethal cartel and a ring-leader behind the powerful figures that are slowly building not only an economic barrier but also financing a privatized monopoly.
