Former Tetu legislator Ndung’u Gethenji was Tuesday morning in court to answer to a forgery case involving a Ksh 20 million property in Kitisuru, Nairobi County.

Appearing before Chief magistrate Martha Mutuku, the former MP was accused of forging minutes of a board meeting of Kihingo Village (Waridi Gardens) Management Ltd, a company that controls the upmarket Kihingo Estate, in November 2018.
