A man who was found in possession of 17 rolls of bhang at State House was yesterday arraigned at a Nairobi Court.
The man did not take plea before senior magistrate Benard Ochoi.
State house is yet to comment on the incident.
The incident occured on
June 3 at State House, Nairobi.
Recently, a man was charged at a Kisii court for calling President Uhuru a bhang smoker.
