The photo recently taken in Kibera where the CS accompanied the president to oversee cleaning by the NYS grads got many eyebrows engaged. Anne can be seen at one point placing her hands gently and softly laying on the president’s arm perhaps a sign that they enjoy good working relationship with the boss and thats it.
