Top Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA) Engineer Emdelina Eustas is lobbying to be the next Director General.
Weekly Citizen has established, Engineer Emdelina popularly known as KURA queen engineer was behind the recent attacks on current Director General Engineer Silas Kinoti at a meeting held by Kenya Kwanza Alliance MPs with President William Ruto at Windsor hotel, Nairobi
During the meeting, the MPs attacked Kinoti of having financed Azimio presidential candidate Raila Odinga.
Sources have told Weekly Citizen, Kenya Kwanza women MPs have been pushing to have a lady land a lucrative position in the infrastructure sector on gender based basis.Apart from Kinoti, the queen has also been witch-hunting a one Engineer Oginga. In private, she says to have powerful political connections and is just a matter of time before she lands the post.
To women MPs in parliament and Senate, engineer Emdelina Eustas is the person take over. She has been secretly been hosting women MPs lobbying and even millions exchanging hands.
Sources say, a number of contractors have been raising millions to help the queen engineer land the slot.
Engineer Elmedelina Eustas is not as clean according to sources as she was linked to underhand deals in the construction of Langata, Ngong road link at Sh.1.5 billion. Her underworld operations with foreign contractors and local ones now financing her plot including her multi millions developments, payments to her secret accounts are emerging. Her lucrative target are mainly Chinese contractors.
