Residents of Kajire village in Taita Taveta are having their tongues waggling following the bizarre incident where a 90 year old was raped by a young man.
According to witnesses,the 28 year old man walked stealthily late in the night to the woman’s room where he performed the inhuman act.
The evidently weak woman who doesn’t talk nor move but depends on help to mobilize around and perform other essential metabolic functions narrated to the irate residents who were baying for the suspect’s blood how he raped her.
The suspect who had been nubbed by the villagers and ready to lynch was saved by the police and is currently under their custody.
