SHOCKING: Uganda Youth Affairs Minister Says He Supports RAPISTS And Victims Should Be ARRESTED

Uganda’s Youth Affairs Minister Ronald Kibule’s

Ronald Kibule the minister for youth affairs in Uganda has left many in shock following his utterances that supported rapists and justifying their acts.

While addressing s youth convention,the minister said the high levels of rape cases is as a result of indecent dressing from the females who happens to be the victims

He alleges that the rapists shouldn’t be blamed but instead the victims who dress in what he describes as “rape magnet”.

As if that’s not enough,talking to journalists the minister said he had instructed the police commissioner to ensure that all rape cases should be scrutinised and in the case its established that the victim dressed “inappropriately” then the rapist should be released.

Pressing further,he says the victim should be locked in for inviting rapists through their dressing. Asked what is considered inappropriate dressing he mentioned mini skirts,tight pants,bikinis,padded bras revealing cleavages.

The sentiments made has drawn criticism from human rights defendants.
