Ferdinand Waititu Fails To Show Up In Court Claiming He Has Contracted Coronavirus

The Sh510 million corruption trial of former Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu was adjourned Monday morning after he failed to appear in court.

This is after his lawyer said Mr Waititu has contracted Covid-19.

The court then ordered the lawyer to table medical documents on October 21 when the case will be mentioned, for verification by the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
