The Movie WOLF OF WALLSTREET Gets Banned In Kenya

The rated comedy drama movie starred by Leonardo DiCaprio as Jordan Belfort a New York stoke market broker who owns a company that engages in frauds. The movie is heavy with graphic explicit scenes and drug abuse. The three hour long movie which was released only last month has already hit the Kenyan black market industry and the film regulatory body has moved in quick to state their displeasure.
Kenya Film Classification Board posted the following message:
There is a LIMIT to everything and we believe the Kenyan public deserves better. WOLF OF WALLSTREET has been RESTRICTED. The film is NOT for sale, exhibition or distribution in KENYA. Violators shall be PROSECUTED.
However curiosity would work against them as many.are now eager to watch. Some of the scenes in the movie

Do you think it is right to ban the movie and do you think it will work.
