Gossip on the streets have it that Water Cabinet Secretary Sicily Kariuki who was recently transferred from the health docket is giving her staff sleepless nights, thanks to intimidation and her high-handedness.
The woman, who boasts high-profile connections, has already issued a notice to senior staffers in the ministry to vacate an entire floor where she wants to set up her mega office, complete with a salon, sauna, kitchen and a bedroom to rest after a day’s hard work.
Kariuki’s stint at the health department wasn’t as rosy with the now famous Afya scandal being one that blew up while she was in office.
