City Hall Scandal: DG Casanova, PA Princess and Secretary Queen Bee Lock Horns in Love Triangle

Nairobi’s Deputy Governor Njoroge Muchiri—now nicknamed DG Casanova in the City Hall corridors has turned his office into the hottest telenovela in town.

Forget service delivery; it’s all about secret flights, stolen glances, and a love triangle so juicy it could give Mexican soaps a run for their money.

On one side, there’s PA Princess Kellen Muna, the ambitious aide who shot from junior protocol girl to personal assistant overnight.

On the other, Secretary Queen Bee Peris Macharia, the seasoned office guard who isn’t about to let a newcomer steal her buzz.

And in the middle? DG Casanova himself, soaking up all the drama like it’s his favorite series.

The drama reached boiling point in Zanzibar.

Sources say PA Princess wasn’t even on the official delegation list—but showed up anyway, paying her own way just to stay close to Casanova. Secretary Queen Bee, who had a legitimate spot on the trip, wasn’t amused.

Witnesses described the trip as “less about county business and more about side-eyes, fake smiles, and silent catfights.”

“It was chaos,” one staffer whispered. “We were supposed to be representing Nairobi, but instead, it was like watching a live taping of Real Housewives of City Hall.”

To make matters messier, DG Casanova recently ditched his loyal right-hand man Solomon Kuria, now sulking in a sidelined role, to crown PA Princess with the coveted assistant title.

Staff mutter the move was “all heart, no merit,” leaving morale in tatters.

And the plot doesn’t end with catfights. Ex-aide Too accuses DG Casanova of drunken outbursts, lewd remarks, and firing anyone bold enough to challenge him. “This isn’t leadership—it’s a circus,” Too said.

Now watchdogs want in, with civil groups urging the EACC and PSC to probe the DG’s office. Critics warn that Nairobians are drowning in garbage and gridlock while their leaders star in their own soap opera.

For now, DG Casanova remains silent—but one thing is clear: in City Hall’s new reality series, it’s not about policy, it’s about passion, power, and petty rivalries.
