Martha Karua Finally Endorses Raila

After weeks of meditation, Narc Kenya party leader Martha Karua has finally joined Raila Odinga-led Azimio la Umoja movement ahead of the August election.

Karua met Raila for a highly guarded meeting at Serena Hotel in Nairobi before declaring her support for the ODM party leader’s presidential bid in the coming polls.

Martha’s move to join Raila’s camp comes a day after she claimed that One Kenya Alliance (OKA), an alliance she was previously part of, is dead after other principals – Kalonzo Musyoka (Wiper), Cyrus Jirongo (UDA) and Gideon Moi (Kanu) signed a coalition deal with Azimio la Umoja.
