John Muthee the husband to Faith Wairimu who was accused of plotting for his murder has withdrew the case before the high court judge in Nairobi. Muthee informs the court that he and his wife have reconciled and that he voluntarily decided to pull out the case so they can continue with their lives.
Wairimu has plotted to kill the businessman two unsuccessful times. On the last where she pleaded guilty with the court,the plot went wrong when she fell on the trap.
For sh.40000 Faith Wairimu had colluded with thugs to murder his hubby whom she accused of being in an extra marital affair.
What she didn’t know was that the alleged thugs she was plotting with were actually policemen from the dreaded flying squad. On the fateful day the thugs were to accomplish the mission of killing the husband and presenting a stained shirt confirming his death for full payment. But the thugs quickly transformed to the officers whom they are and instead of receiving a dead body,the officers showed up with the husband to her shock.
During her court appearances,Faith Wairimu gave the chilling confession of how she had planned it all and pleaded guilty. She tried justifying her action on the hubby’s promiscuity and abandoning his fatherly duties.
This is the second time running and unsuccessful that Faith has attempted to murder Muthee and despite these he has decided to forgive her and continue living with the mother to his two kids and wife of 16 years.
