Following long battles in the court corridors,Mombasa judge today upheld the election of Joho as the duly elected governor saying the discrepancies cited by the petitioner,Shabal weren’t water tight.
This development will have the petitioner foot the bills for the petition and pay litigation fee to Joho as well.
As soon as the news reached the huge crowds of followers who accompanied him to the courts,caused a stop of activities in town with celebrations rocking it’s ends.
According to latest gauging,Joho has been ranked amongst the best performing governors in Kenya.
