Dear Sir, RE: INVESTIGATE MR. PHILIPH MAINGA THE MANAGING DIRECTOR KENYA RAILWAYS CORPORATION
I am writing this letter to bring to your attention the above mentioned subject matter in order for your office to truthfully and conscientiously carry out its fiduciary duty, carry out investigation and recommend for possible prosecution or other administrative action as you may deem appropriate against Mr. Philiph Mainga the Managing Director Kenya Railways Corporation Mr. Philiph Mainga the Managing Director Kenya Railways Corporation has been working contrary to legal frameworks in Kenya which include;
- The Constitution of Kenya 2010
- Ethics and Integrity Act 2012
- Sexual Offences Act 2006
Mr. Philiph Mainga have been using his position of authority to make Kenya Railways Corporation a hostile working environment, by engaging in sexually transmitted promotions besides turning his office into a love nest.
A case in point is his sexual relation with Rachcal Kimanzi whom he promoted to the position of Assistant real Estate, Valuation and Agency Manager (Grade RG4), despite the fact that she presented a fraudulent University of Nairobi Master’s degree.
In order to enhance the protection of leadership and integrity at the Kenya Railways Corporation I do hereby request your office to comprehensively investigate Mr. Philipp Mainga whom I have brought to your attention by investigating
- His sexual relations with Racheal Kimanzi
- The manner and procedure of how Radical Kimanzi was promoted
- Rachcal Kimanzis master’s degree
It is my respectful submission that you have a fiduciary duty to investigate the matter that I have brought into your attention. It is your duty to investigate any integrity or corrupt deal brought to your attention by any citizen regardless of his or her position in the society or those which comes to your knowledge independently. Consequently, as citizen who upholds the rule of law, I therefore humbly request your highly esteemed office to move with speed and investigate the matter.
Please treat this letter with the highest level of seriousness and urgency.
