President Uhuru has been excused by the ICC judges from attending certain sessions but this is on conditions.
He will be expected to attend trial during opening and closing statements, judgment and when victims are giving testimony.
But as much as this is a relieve message,Uhuru can’t breath easy yet ss ICC prosecutor Fatou Bensouda has appealed the decision allowing President Uhuru Kenyatta to skip some sessions of trial.
It might be reconsidered.
