A keen Kenyan living in the Hague spotted the exact car that always takes Ruto to the courts going by it’s number plate,parked by the taxis lot perhaps looking for a customer. Not any difference with the Nairobi Probox taxis.
The deputy president is expected to return home as the president takes his turn earlier next month.
