While he started off his career at a tender age,his wave seems to have caught even the old generation. A 33-year-old British citizen is making headlines for spending $100,000[approx sh.9m] on cosmetics surgery to look like Justin Beiber.
The process has been going on since the past five years to mean he started the surgery procedure in 2008 and by then Justin was only 14 years old and new in the industry.
