A director of city gas has been charged with illegal filing of L. P. Gas cylinders of other brands without authority from brand owners.
Adan Hassan is accused that on April 16, 2021 at City Gas Limited L. P. G storage and filing facility located off LungaLunga road in industrial area in Nairobi jointly with others not before court were found to have filed assorted brands of L. P. G cylinders as per the attached sheet without authority from brand owners.
Hassan was released on a bond of 1 million or cash bail of Sh. 300.000 pending hearing and determination of the case.
