The group of over 400 people from Migori had arrived in the city on Wednesday for a meeting with the president at statehouse and it didn’t materialize, this then forced the group to spend the night in town. Through coordination of Governor Kidero,they were accommodated at Bomas of Kenya and met the president yesterday in statehouse.

The visuals changed however come Thursday when statehouse treated the team led by governor Obado to a grand reception where food wasn’t a problem.
President didn’t only give them forgiveness but food as well. Meanwhile the Luo community on social media are cursing out this group and clearly not happy with their ‘begging ‘ ways claiming it belittled their ‘mighty ‘ name.
