Sarah Wairimu’s lawyers led by Murgor accuses the DCI boss George Kinoti of contemt of court.
He claims that the DCI want to hand over the ownership of Sarah’s matrimonial home to the sister and brother of the late Cohen. According to Murgor the DCI is still using the media to prosecute the case against his client.
Prosecution want the plea be deferred until the contempt and representation are dealt with. Prosecution says they also need to make sure that some of the witnesses are under protection before Sarah takes plea for murder of Tob Cohen.
