Nairobi Governor was pictured in tears when he visited his daughter Saumu in hospital after giving birth.
A seemingly overjoyed Sonko couldn’t hide his feelings according to his Facebook post, “As Lois Wyse once said, “Grandchildren are the dots that connect the lines from generation to generation.”
I have just visited my daughter who bore me a second grandchild, I couldn’t help but thank God for this great and humbling blessing.” He said.
“May God grant them both a long life filled with His favour and grace.” He concluded.
Saumu Mbuvi delivered the baby under the watch of her lover, Lamu senator Anwar Loitiptip.
With the new member in the family, the proud governor and grandfather to two announced his new tittle, “I’m very very proud to become Babu Sonko.” Declared Sonko. Saumu now has two kids.
