SHAMEFUL: Viral Photo That Has Exposed A Major Incompetency With KENYAN POLICE Officers Dealing With TERROR

The photo doing roundabouts in the social media streets shows the levels of incompetency by some of the security officers when it comes to handling crime scenes and more specific, terror.
The photo taken in Mombasa shows a police officer inspecting an unattended luggage suspected to be having an IED,it is shocking that he handles it commando style with bare hands no bomb detonating gadgets.  If this was a real bomb, we would be looking at an officer arousing death.
While there are special force the bomb experts trained to handle the explosives it seems the rest of the Kiganjo graduates leant less or nothing at all on handling terror situations. This could as well be connected to the recent blast in Pangani where two officers were blown up in a suspect ‘s car they had impounded and instead of towing it to the station they went Kenyan way and dived inside unknown to them, they jumped into their death ride.
This photo also exposes the vulnerability of Kenyans crowding at crime scenes instead of going away, curiosity did not only kill the cat but will definitely kill many Kenyans.
