Matsanga in the 1980s escaped to Kenya as a political fugitive after
Museveni ascended to power in 1986.He first came to Kenya as a fugitive
in the 1980s. He was later smuggled to London by a company operating in
Kenya which gave him a letter indicating he was to undergo training in
the United Kingdom.He was able to find work in London. He later became a
broker in the negotiations between UN and the Lord Resistance Army (LRA)
and ICC fugitive Joseph Kony. For the 12 years he was the spokesperson
for Kony, he became diehard LRA apologist and a rabid critic of the
Museveni led NRM government.
Even though recently in a bid to
reconcile with Museveni and return home,he has been writing *** kissing
articles on Museveni while bullets spraying at the west. He however
became known to Kenyans in the wake of ICC where he has been fighting
the case. Many have been asking on whose capacity he is acting on but
has been quick to dismiss the casted doubts by claiming to be out of his
“pan-African ism”.
has been labelled as a sycophant to the jubilee’s two who have their
cases at the ICC and more so the President. In a TV interview,he once
stated that he was ready to sell all his clothes and walk naked to stand
and protect Uhuru,strong statements that raises more questions. Still
on admission,Matsanga has admitted into tracing witness no.4 to his
home.
His fingerprints on the case are so all over,recently wrote
to the ICC filing for Ocampo’s arrest following his recent interview
revelations that certain diplomats attempted to manipulate the list of
suspects. He has also written to “order” ICC prosecutor to withdraw the
Kenyan cases. Famous political blog,Kenya Today in 2013 exposed Matsanga
as part of a big syndicate who were intimidating,killing and maiming
ICC witnesses,claims that he denied as expected.
With trips back
and forth to the Hague and all expenses involved in his journey to fight
ICC and “pan-African ism” spirit,questions are raised as to who is
funding him and why. Matsanga a self confessed rebel to the
West,ironically has his 8 children living in the UK. He has slammed
pro-ICC NGOs in Kenya as being puppets of the west stopping at nothing
to cash in on the foreign currencies but is he any better?

belonging to a powerful figure in the government in Parklands Estate
Nairobi.

could be,who is this Matsanga and what position does he hold in government to be accorded full state protection and treatment? A puzzle
