RAILA ODINGA on Thursday afternoon made an Impromptu Visit To GARISSA Lodge EASTLEIGH an area heavily filled up with Somalis many of whom have been victims of profiling in the recent Usalama watch.
Business came to a standstill as soon as he drove into the venue, unlike the president Uhuru who visited the area recently in an armoured car,Raila drove in a normal Range Rover.
Traders tearfully narrated their cruel ordeals under the police hands. He condemned the acts and unlawful profiling of the Muslims. Raila promised to fight for and protect their rights as he is finally back.
In the same meeting, Odinga termed Uhuru as disrespectful for inviting him to the statehouse for the national dialogue over a cup of tea an offer that he has turned down,”we have given him a chance to look for us till 7/7 after which we will change our strategies ” said Odinga.
The massive crowd chanted anti Uhuru slogans and referred to Raila as their president, pledging their support to him.

Raila is set to continue with his nationwide rallies with a major one scheduled next for Mombasa in Tononoka grounds.
