NE: How do you have all those muscles and yet manage to stay sexy at the same time.
Jane: strength training + cardiovascular workout + clean eating will get anyone’s body muscular and toned
NE: When did you start training and took it professionally.
Jane: Let me first correct you, I don’t do this professionally. I’m an IT consultant by profession, working out and competing is a hobby, a full time hobby because its a lifestyle change. I started this in 2010

NE: Got a boyfriend/husband? is he into fitness and how does he take your “muscles” plus what do other men say about you.
Jane: I’m single 🙂 but my future boyfriend must be in the lifestyle. I don’t know what men say about me but I have been told that most men might be intimidated to approach me because of how I look, especially if they are on the chunky side.
