It Was A Mistaken Identity LINDAH OGUTTU'S Husband Acquitted Of CAR Theft

Weeks back the police arrested Denis Mwangeka over a grand car theft syndicate in the city following a trail that led the police to his home and discovered massive number of unattended to cars leading them to a conclusion that he was part of the car jacking community harassing motorists. However this theory was brushed off when it emerged he was a Shylock and the cars were in his possession merely as a collateral to the loans he leased out.
The police didn’t stop with their investigations and went further with it specifically on the trailed car that led them to his him. Reports indicates that the car in question was in a hire basis when it was hijacked and the robber took it to Denis as a security to secure a loan from him and that’s how it got into his possession.
The police now convinced beyond reasonable doubt have set him free and dropped the charges. They’ve further apologised to him.
