In the latest witness testimony,Martha Karua with other then top government officials have been mentioned to playing cards in fixing Ruto,this is according to Ruto through his attorney.
Even though the allegations of fixing doesn’t refute committing of the crimes,the developments to the public eye goes to affirm the perceptions that he is innocent and fixed.
Martha Karua however seems to think otherwise,holding a question-answer session with her followers on twitter she says “It is an indisputable fact that over a thousand people were murdered, thousands displaced and others maimed/injured,let the accused answer”
Asked wether the allegations raised that she fixed Ruto gives her any chills,”I have no sleepless night illusions will never be the truth” exudes Martha.
In the whole session Karua insisted that the court should be let to make it’s decision and that Ruto should wake up from illusions and using her and other people as a scapegoat,in another instance she says in Swahili “alijiseti kwa vitendo” in translation,”he fixed himself up through his actions.
When asked how she feels for having fixed an innocent Ruto to the Hague,Karua replied “innocent?” Which could easily be read as a confirmation according to her that Ruto isn’t innocent after all.
” Every one must account for their deeds and for the accused it time to account not to look for scape goats” Concludes Martha.
