HUMOUR: KENYANS Online Reacts To The Return Of JOHN MUTUTHO Now As NACADA Head [PHOTOS]

The Kenyan online community are a funny lot,known to turn the most of serious incidences into a comic experience.
Even the assault on Shebesh with Kidero received it’s comical treat.
The ousted Naivasha MP John Mutotho is once back in the limelight and this time in a more suitable docket.
Mutotho was appointed on a five year term contact as the head of NACADA a body that is charged with curbing alcohol drugs and alcohol abuse.
Known for his famous Mututho laws that streamlined the “drinking industry” the appointment threw many into a panic mode as his return and worst to the regulatory board would be the last nail on the head.
In his first press conference the newly appointed NACADA head gave a firm warning to those going against the drinking laws to on the lookout.
