Following ManderaBusAttack which Al Shabaab claimed responsibility on an incident that left about 28 Kenyans dead,the government through deputy president William Ruto came out combative claiming that KDF had successfully launched a retaliatory attack hours into the massacre killing all the attackers mounting to 100.
With such claims, the terror group in a quick communication rubbished off governments statement saying its a gimmick and that the terrorists are supposedly safe.
Despite Al Shabaab message, public put on pressure for government to release photos showing bodies of the killed terrorists as per the claim this then prompted government PR operatives to release photos that they thought would ease the situation but online to realize they did the opposite.
The photos released are clearly with the timestamps embedded were taken in 2012 just when KDF surged its attacks in Somalia.
Other flops that the propagandists didn’t notice perhaps for the hurry are these
Arafat, a popular head scarf with the Muslims and a trademark of the Al Shabaab themselves. So its utter nonsense to claim these people in Arafat are KDF. Notice the other guys shoes? KDF are alk equipped with jungle boots and wouldn’t be found with leather low shoes. Exposed.
So they attempted to get more smarter by putting in a KDF soldier supposedly looking at the dead bodies of Al Shabaab.
This is the most awful lie,the photo of KDF soldier there is cropped to make an illusion that it was KDF work and bodies were of the 100 ManderaBusAttackers if you look closely enough you’ll notice the face of that soldier faded out to hide his identity.
Did KDF kill all the ManderaBusAttack terrorists as Ruto claimed if yes why can’t they line up dead bodies like they did with the Kenyans killed? Why release photos from past to fool Kenyans what message is the government sending out?
