“Asante DJ bling? Kwa kunifukusa ghetto radio juu nimetoka kwa street mungu akubariki Sana” That’s the message Ghetto Radio presenter rather former posted on his Facebook informing his followers what had become of his fate at the station that got him out of the streets to the clean sheets.

Bonoko has been doing the station a good PR and his show Goteana being the most successful with highest listeners count but seems like all this hasn’t made him successful not to his fans but management.

Nairobi Exposed reached out to Maji Maji who’s the boss to no avail neither did we get any response from HR, however sources privy confirms his dismissal.

Bonoko’s exit opens the wound of Exodus that has seen several pioneer and good presenters walk away like Mbusii,Lion,Rapcha,Kapyenga,Mwafrika the list is endless begging the question is Ghetto radio, a once most successful station with ghetto youths on its death bed? And who’s to blame?
