Thika man drops dead as he steps out of car after steamy session with young lover

A man on Sunday night died as he stepped out of his car moments after having sex with his lover.

John Gacheru, 46, died after he stepped out of his Subaru car a few minutes after making love with his lover known as Apofia Oyego, 25.

In a police report, the two had been dating for the last year.

Moments after Gacheru fell down dead, Oyego informed the compound’s watchman who in return informed the police.

“He reported that he passed away outside his motor vehicle of registration number KCJ 530C make Subaru which is green in colour at their gate while having sex with his lover,” the report read in part.

The Officer Commanding Station (OCS) Thika led other officers drawn from the regular police and detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) to the scene where they found the deceased lying beside his car.

Oyego was found seated beside her lover weeping uncontrollably.

At the scene, the following were recovered from the deceased; Ksh850, an iPhone 6 mobile phone, car key and one handkerchief.

Police revealed that Gacheru’s private parts were also swollen. His lifeless body was moved to Thika General Kago morgue awaiting autopsy.

The lover was arrested and she is currently being held at Thika Police Station.

Such cases where men die after sex or while on the act have been on the rise in the country.

The incident comes just two weeks after a 50-year-old man died while making love to his fiance in Rurago bar in Murang’a county from a suspected overdose of sex enhancement pills.

Police attached to Maragua police station said that the matter was reported by the bar’s night guard.

This is after the lady identified as Mary Mwende who booked the room informed the receptionist that the man fell down dead moments after coming out of the bathroom.

The two lovers had enjoyed a meal of fish and ugali before they embarked on making love.
