Raila Is Back Home

After a successful surgery at a German Hospital in Dubai Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga is back in the country.

The former Prime Minister made a low key return on Sunday night aboard the luxurious Constellation Aviation Airline Airbus A318-112(CJ) Elite A6-CAS, MS4211. Raila flew in a private jet that left Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai at 5:13pm on Sunday.

Raila had received Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho and Suna East Member of Parliament Junet Mohamed who flew on Thursday to pick him up. Raila had stayed in Dubai for three weeks where he was having surgery to treat a nerve disorder affecting one of his legs.

Joho had reported that Raila was in high spirits and was doing well after having the surgery.
