The chilling email sent by the whistleblower had damning allegations about the above firm.
Coincidentally, it is exactly 5 years and 1 day since Sahan was accused of disappearing a Somali refugee who had refused to work with them in its intelligence-gathering circles.
Today, this article is a call to attention to what happened recently in Nairobi.
Abdiwahab Sheikh, a prominent Somali Kenyan scholar and a political commentator in the wider East/Horn of Africa region was abducted in central Nairobi, Kenya on 8th Sep 2021.
Abdiwahab was a critic of Sahan Research, a controversial institute based in Nairobi.
On July 20th 2021, Mr Abdiwahab expressed concerns over his life. He specifically mentioned Sahan.

Another businessman Bashir Mahmoud, went missing in May 2021, his charred Range Rover registration number KCQ 007P was found in Ngong Forest.
He was later discovered murdered, his body dumped at Kerugoya Mortuary. Authorities were quick to label him a terrorist guarantor. We may never know the truth.
A strange thing however happened, when detectives found his car, they left to get a towing vehicle, but when they came back, the remains of the Range Rover was missing.
