We’re told the poor ranking irked the CS promoting a counter strategy hence paying, “madam was furious” source said.

The polls coincides with upcoming President Ruto’s visit to the U.S. which is a key trading partner of Kenya and ger ministry is crucial hence the poor ranking wasn’t sitting well with the visit.

Miano who moved from EAC, Arid and Semi-Arid Lands Development ministry to replace Moses Kuria also ranked poorly in her previous ministry showing a consistency in incompetence.
